TAG Online – Standard Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

TAG Online (“Company”) provides managed web hosting, security maintenance, website design, and digital marketing services. The specific services provided are outlined in the client’s most recent invoice or signed proposal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By paying any invoice issued by TAG Online, or by continuing to use our hosting and maintenance services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and TAG Online.

3. Payment and Billing

• Recurring Services: Hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Due Date: All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
• Late Fees: Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a 1.5% monthlylate fee and service suspension.

4. Term and Termination

• Hosting/Maintenance: These services are provided on a month-to-month basis (unless a longer term is specified on the invoice).
• Cancellation: Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days’ written notice.
• Data Portability: Upon termination and full payment of all outstanding balances, TAG Online will provide reasonable assistance to transition the Client’s data to a new provider at our standard hourly rates.

5. Mutual Confidentiality

Both TAG Online and the Client agree to protect each other’s proprietary information, including login credentials, business strategies, and technical data, with a reasonable standard of care.

6. Limitation of Liability

TAG Online strives for 99.9% uptime for hosting services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party unauthorized access. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service during the three (3) months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
