Amy Gideon, President
Amy Gideon is President and Co-owner of TAG Online, Inc. She has over 25 years of experience in website design, development and hosting. She works directly with clients and is a visionary in designing, updating and building websites.
Amy holds a M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S.E. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Amy has been married to her partner and soul mate, Andrew Gideon, for over 30 years. She lives in Montclair and has 2 teenage sons and a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (she received in 2018) so don’t mess with her! She has just started learning tennis in 2020.
Andrew Gideon, Chief Technical Officer / Vice President
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the computing industry, primarily involved in software development. He also has an extensive history in dealing with distributed and networked computing, made popular by the commercialization of the Internet.
Recruited for a distributed computing project funded by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in the mid 80s, Andrew has long been responsible for taking new and exciting ideas and converting these into working and useful products.
In addition to his experience in managing technical staff, he has also spent several years teaching a variety of computing topics, ranging from the introductory level to highly advanced design techniques, at both the corporate and academic level.
He has consulted to several well-known corporations, including AT&T, JP Morgan, AIG, and Merrill Lynch.
In 1990, he co-founded a software development and training company, TAG Systems. This has evolved into TAG Online, a web design, development, and hosting company. TAG Online runs its own networking facility for both shared and private servers, with several Fiber and Wireless circuits into multiple Internet backbones. This redundant connectivity in a facility under his direct control is indicative of the level of quality Andrew has inculcated into the culture at TAG Online.
Andrew holds both a M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew has been married to his partner and soul mate, Amy Gideon, for 30 years. He lives in Montclair with his 2 teenage sons and has a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do so you can imagine how much fun he has with his wife (since she also has a 3rd degree Black Belt)!
Greg De Sciscio, Creative Director
Greg joined the TAG Online team in January 2012 as an intern, before starting full time in April 2012. He currently wears many hats at TAG: designing/creating new websites, updating and enhancing existing sites, and providing client support/training. Prior to joining TAG Online, he attended Berkeley College, where he earned his Associate’s degree in Information Systems.
Although computers have always been an interest of his, he first discovered his love for web design and development while interning at TAG Online, and has enjoyed learning about the world of web technologies ever since.
Outside of TAG, he writes music and runs a music production and licensing business under the label Greg Beats.
Eric Zimmerman, Web Developer
Eric joined the TAG Online team in July of 2019. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Throughout his college career he developed a deep interest in web development and internet technology making TAG Online the perfect choice.
Before he came to TAG he worked as a floor manager at Woody’s Cafe, a small restaurant on Rutgers Busch Campus. When he’s not at work you can find him hanging with friends, playing guitar, hiking and watching obscure documentaries on Netflix.
Niteesh Thangaraj, Web Developer
Niteesh joined the TAG Online team in November of 2023. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2019. Since then, he’s been doing web development and graphic design, including work for Glys Technologies.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking and baking bread, as well as painting landscapes.
Paige Zimmerman, Media and Communications
Paige joined the TAG Online team in May of 2024, having graduated from Lehigh University that same year with a B.S. in Business and Economics. She majored in Marketing and completed the Business Analytics Certificate and a Studio Art minor.
Paige has been an equestrian since the age of 6, mostly in the discipline of dressage. Her goal is to reach the level of international team competition someday, with an eye towards the Olympics. She gives back to the sport she loves by volunteering at local horse shows, serving on the board of a large regional group member organization in the role of Marketing and Media Chair, and acting as a Participating Member Delegate to the United States Dressage Federation (USDF).
She’s also a commissioned artist, creating a range of custom works in media including colored pencil, charcoal, watercolors, oil paint, and monotype prints. Her works have won national awards and have been featured in publications such as USDF Connection and The Chronicle of the Horse.
